Roger Waters
Although he’s already brought “The Wall” tour de force to Philadelphia, he’ll come back July 14 with an even bigger production. I know, it’s hard to believe he could top November 2010's show at the Wells Fargo Center. But this show will be beyond thrilling, set outside at Citizens Bank Park and designed for more high-tech props and visuals—think giant puppets and inflatable pigs. Details on a studio album are expected in the next few weeks, but the big news will be how he handles the Big Man’s absence from the stage. With the death of longtime sidekick and saxman Clarence Clemons, this will be a most delicate issue to address. The scenario I like best is adding Nick Clemons, Clarence’s son, to the E Street lineup. Who could argue with that?
