Gilmore's Gift Certificates Still Fair Game

Gilmore's Gift Certificates Still Fair Game

Ever since Gilmore’s closed a few weeks back, people have been wondering what will come of their purchased gift certificates to the restaurant. No word has been heard from Gilmore himself about customers looking for a refund, but a few restaurants have stepped up to honor Gilmore’s gift certificates at 50 percent of the value.

John Brandt-Lee of Avalon (also in West Chester) is accepting the gift certificates and so are the owners of the Yellow Springs Inn, a charming inn and BYO in Chester Springs. They’re also letting guests use their gift certificates at 50 percent of the value. At least you’re not totally out of luck!
