Italian Soda From Carlino's

Italian Soda From Carlino's

Were you at the Best of the Main Line party a few weeks ago? If you were lucky enough to stop by the Carlino’s table then you definitely remember chef Angela Carlino’s Italian sodas she was serving up. Refreshing and tasty, her Italian sodas are the perfect antidote to a hot summer afternoon when you want something besides plain water. Here, she shares her recipe that you can make at home.

• In an 8 oz. tumbler or glass, add one part almond syrup.

• Next, add two parts sparkling water or flavored sparkling water of your choice (shown in the photo and available at Carlino’s Market).

• Add a few sprigs of fresh mint, a few fresh raspberries, mix and enjoy over ice!
