Cornerstone in Wayne—known for its superb cheese and charcuterie program—is launching a raw bar happy hour. Chefs Christine and Nick Kondra have been able to source Island Creek oysters, a variety that is available locally only at Cornerstone and Philly’s Vernick Food & Drink.

Additional bites and specialty cheeses will also be available on rotation at discounted prices. The BYOB is offering beverage pairing suggestions during happy hour so that customers can strike the perfect balance.
