Turning Point, a popular breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant based out of New Jersey recently opened its second location in Pennsylvania and newest site in Bryn Mawr Village. The award-winning restaurant opened on Dec. 30. Earlier last year, the inaugural Pennsylvania location opened in Warrington.

The restaurants are family-owned and operated by Kirk and Pam Ruoff, who launched the first restaurant in Little Silver, N.J., in 1998. Each location is tastefully decorated with natural colors, wainscoting, plants, large windows allowing plenty of natural light, comfortable dining areas, gas fireplaces, a private meeting area and outside seating for warmer seasons.

The menu includes creative breakfast, brunch and lunch offerings including signature items like OMG French Toast, dipped thick-sliced wheat French toast topped with dollops of sweet mascarpone, sugar walnuts, caramel drizzle and chopped Virginia bacon. Also popular is the Big Easy Benedict, cornbread topped with avocado, Creole seasoned onions, peppers and chorizo topped with poached eggs and a Cajun hollandaise.

The eatery selects and roasts its coffee at its own Cowabunga Coffee Roasters located in Warrington. Dairy products for all locations are sourced from Kreider Farms in Manheim, Pa., as part of Turning Point’s commitment to providing guests with locally sourced produce when possible.

“We are thrilled to bring our Turning Point restaurant to the Main Line in Bryn Mawr. When talking with residents, you get a deep feeling of pride and sense of community. We are happy to be a part of the energy,” says Kirk Ruoff.

Turning Point is open daily from 8 a.m.–3 p.m.
