At The Table’s New Menu is Picnic-Ready

Tara Buzan and Alex Hardy, owners of the intimate 24-seat At The Table in Wayne, have added a savory new component to their repertoire: Summer catering to go. With 24 hours advance-notice the gourmet couple will pack a bevy of delicious items ready for that jaunt to the shore, the mountains, or a picnic in the park.
The new menu options keep with Buzan and Hardy’s sophisticated styling, inspired by the French Laundry’s chef Thomas Keller. The summer menu includes roasted red tomato gazpacho, heirloom tomato, melon and burratta salad, jumbo lump crab cakes with spicy remoulade, rotisserie chicken salad sandwiches on a croissant, beef tenderloin sandwich on a croissant with horseradish sauce, lettuce and tomato, summer crab roll with salmon roe, crème fraiche, pickled red onion and bibb lettuce on brioche and key lime and blueberry bars for dessert.
In keeping with the picnic-friendly theme, items come with disposable plates, flatware and napkins. The menu is available for pick up Wednesday through Saturday and catering orders are cash or check only.
