Season's Eatings

Seasons 52 mixes up its menu with spring-fresh ingredients and a new fruity-herbal cocktail.

These days, more and more chefs are cooking dishes with local and seasonal ingredients. King of Prussia’s Seasons 52 is no exception. This grill and wine bar changes its menu four times a year to reflect ingredients that are at their peak—and it has officially unveiled its lighter spring menu.

As with every dish here, the new choices are no more than 475 calories each. Think stuffed artichoke leaves, grilled lamb T-bone, Tasmanian trout, plus sugar-free chocolate cookies and chocolate mousse for dessert. A refreshing new cocktail will also accompany the menu: strawberry-infused organic vodka combined with fresh basil and organic agave nectar. Mmm!
