If you like a traditional Italian dinner on Sunday, you may want to consider heading to Conshohocken’s Pepperoncini for “Red Sauce Sundays.” A new menu featuring (not just) red sauce dishes costs only $15 for three courses. Add a glass of pinot grigio or chianti for just $5 more. Some of the items from the new menu include gnocchi and Italian sausage marinara, spaghetti and meatballs, penne alla vodka, chicken cutlets with spinach and eggplant parm. Sounds good doesn’t it? And if that wasn’t enough, there will even be a live piano player starting at 6 p.m. for some dining entertainment. Call (610) 941-7783 to make your reservation!
Did you know that Clark Gilbert’s Gemelli on Main in Manayunk is BYO every Monday night? Don’t worry if you forget, because every night from 5-7 p.m., Gilbert offers 10 percent off every wine by the bottle.
