Food trucks throughout the region continue to wow us with tasty treats, and now over 50 of them will gather along Manayunk’s Main Street on Sunday, April 9, from 11 a.m.–5 p.m. for MNYK’s annual Spring StrEAT Food Festival.

Some of the food trucks that will be in attendance include The Cow and the Curd, Milk + Sugar, Pbon’s Fresh Phood, Surf and Turf Truck, Revolution Taco, Hai Street Kitchen, Mama’s Meatballs, and Humpty’s Dumplings.

Gourmet food vendors will also be on site with homemade oils, spices and jams, plus farm stands will have fresh fruits and vegetables. Participating vendors will be highlighting dishes featuring a favorite spring ingredient: strawberries.

Take a break from eating with festival shopping at local businesses that will be joining the trucks and vendors on the street for sidewalk sales. There will be live music at Green Lane, Cotton Street and Shurs Lane, too.

The Spring StrEAT Food Festival is the official kickoff of Manayunk’s Spring Restaurant Week, running from April 10–21. During Restaurant Week, participating restaurants will offer three courses for $15, $25 or $35 per person. Participating restaurants include Yanako, Gigi Italian Bistro, The Goat’s Beard, Lucky’s Last Chance and more.
