Boasting “honest eats, cold beer,” Epicurean Garage will fit right into Chester County’s bustling dining scene when it opens this April. Chef and owner Lee Krasley (former owner of American Bar and Grill) is looking forward to serving farm-to-table comfort food like wild mushroom, bacon and brie grass-fed Lancaster County Angus burgers, fried chicken and waffles with cayenne honey and lollipop lamb chops in Chester Springs. Most ingredients will be sourced locally, and Epicurean Garage will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, with the breakfast menu available all day. Look for outdoor seating and outdoor live music in the warmer months.
