Brûlée Bakery Brings Its Farm-to-Table Desserts to the Main Line

Brûlée Bakery—the online, farm-to-table bakery—is delighting Philadelphians and Main Liners alike, thanks to executive pastry chef and Main Line native Lila Colello. Using locally sourced, all-natural ingredients, Colello makes everything from blueberry streusel and banana crumb muffins, to sweet-and-savory tarts and French macaroons. Need a birthday or wedding cake with French elderflower buttercream? Colello has you covered there, too. Along with receiving her degree in pastry arts from New York City's French Culinary Institute, she was awarded the coveted James Beard Foundation scholarship and has had plenty of enviable industry experience since.

Brûlée will cater just about any event, from business meetings to bridal showers, delivering throughout the Greater Philadelphia area. Check out Colello's baked goods at the Overbrook Farms Farmers' Market (Saturdays thru Thanksgiving, 9 a.m.-1 p.m.) and Ardmore’s Clover Market on Nov. 6.
