Now Open: Paramour Comes to the Wayne Hotel

Have you been to the swanky new restaurant in the Wayne Hotel? Paramour has been open just about two weeks—after nearly two years of renovations to the hotel and old restaurant space. The environs aren’t tiny, as there are four separate rooms to choose from: an outdoor veranda, a modern lobby-lounge area complete with fireplace, a sophisticated bar with plenty of additional table seating, and a large main dining room that looks into the open kitchen. The space is refined and plush, and it’s easy to picture Main Liners sipping cocktails and enjoying a special meal.

Diners can expect dishes like salt-cured Lancaster beef, chestnut ravioli, and plenty of seafood options. If you go between lunch (Monday-Friday, 11:30 a.m.-3 p.m.) and dinner (Saturday-Sunday, starts 5 p.m.), there’s an all-day menu available in the bar, lounge and veranda, with items like Kobe beef sliders, salumi, ricotta salata flatbread, and finger foods.
