Leave it to Jose Garces to get our attention with some great lunch or dinner special or a new menu item. This fall, inspired by a recent family trip to France, Garces is offering a $25 endless steak frites dinner at his Locust Street eatery, Garces Trading Company. The bistro meal (available during lunch and dinner) includes a green salad, endless grilled hanger steak with house-made duck fat French fries served with your choice of béarnaise sauce, sauce au poivre (a creamy green peppercorn sauce) or Bordelaise, a port wine reduction with veal demi-glace and bone marrow.
If you want to stick a little bit closer to home, check out Conshohocken’s Stella Blu this month for a special menu of Southern comfort favorites. Think buttermilk fried chicken, shrimp and grits, baby back ribs, jambalaya and much more!
