A few new faces have arrived on the Main Line’s restaurant scene, and we’re happy to welcome the new talent!
Paramour in the Wayne Hotel has recently announced the arrival of a new general manager. Joseph Amrani comes to the Wayne Hotel’s chic restaurant with an impressive résumé, with stints at restaurants like California Café, Brasserie Perrier and Wayne’s La Mas Perrier. We’re excited to see what takes shape at Paramour with Amrani’s presence.
A little further off the Main Line in downtown Media, Lotus Farm to Table has a new chef at the helm. Ryan Sulikowski may be young, but his experience is vast, having worked in kitchens from Delaware to New York to Maine. Keeping with the farm-fresh theme, Sulikowski promises Mediterranean flavors in his dishes that are seasonal, modern and inspired. Have you tried chef Sulikowski’s dishes? Let us know what you think!
