The 8th annual Taste of Ardmore returns on Oct. 20, from 5:30–9 p.m. in support of The Ardmore Initiative. The event features savory bites prepared by some of Ardmore’s best restaurants, paired with wine, beer and spirits.
This year, the Ardmore Initiative will hold the first-ever Taste of Ardmore Homebrew Competition. Five talented brewers from the Main Line Brewers Association will present samples of their best brews as they vie for the title, which will be awarded based on voters’ choices.
Another new addition to this year’s event is the tasting of the winning dish from the Ardmore Kitchen Challenge, the first-ever home cooks contest by LMTV’s Living Well with Pat Nogar.
Participating restaurants include Ardmore Station Cafe, Barbacoa, Besito, Firinji, Fuel, Iron Hill, Jack McShea’s, Jason’s Toridasu, John Henry’s Pub, Jules Thin Crust, Local Wine and Kitchen, MAIDO, McCloskey’s Tavern, PokeOno, SNAP Custom Pizza, The Beer Shoppe, The Tasting Room, Tired Hands and Viking Pastries.
