Extreme Risk Laws:  Why Are they Important?

What are extreme risk laws and how can they help reduce gun injury and death? Join us at our public meeting on Wednesday, May 15 to find out.

Our guest speaker will be Marybeth Christiansen, the co-state lead of Moms Demand Action in PA.  Passing an extreme risk law is “Moms” top priority for this legislative session. GunSenseUs is working in collaboration with Moms and CeaseFire PA to educate residents about this important tool.

Marybeth will discuss the history of these laws, where they have been enacted and what results have been seen in states that have them.
