Jonathan Friedman, director of West Chester University's graduate Holocaust and genocide studies program, will discuss how the massacres in Frankfurt, Giessen (a Protestant town), and Geisenheim (a Catholic town) impacted Jewish citizens and how Christians responded to the violence. There will be a question and answer portion at the end of the lecture.
