March for Science in Philadelphia

Apr 22, 2017
10:00 AM until 03:00 PM

To advocate for continued public support for, as well as transparency and non-partisanship in scientific research, the official March for Science will be held on Earth Day, April 22. The main event will be hosted in Washington D.C. along with roughly 400 satellite marches and rallies in other cities spread across 37 countries worldwide. Philadelphia will join these cities on April 22 to showcase the region's large, passionate, and productive science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) community during an event held at the Great Plaza at Penn’s Landing on the Delaware Waterfront.
