| Description |
We would like to invite you to travel through the ages and explore great music, art, and film this summer! This year, we are offering a very special camp that will run for 2 one-week session. The summer camp is open to students ages 8-15 in the following instruments:
Students will be grouped into two different sections each week based on age and musical experience, so you will be learning with other students who are at the same level. This is a very exciting and comprehensive program! Not only are we offering chamber music, music history/theory, and private lessons, but we are also bringing in an art teacher who will introduce you to great artists of different time periods and will explore composers and their works of the same periods. And you will get to watch some cool films! The Camp offers 2 one week sessions July 9-13 and August 6-10 If you are interested in participating please register as soon as possible as chamber music pieces will be assigned and you will be places in either four-hand piano ensembles, instrumental ensembles, or choir and musical theatre. |
