Paramour invites you to attend a very special luncheon with Winemaker Brandon Seager from the Winery at Red Newt Cellars on Saturday, June 30, 2012. The luncheon will begin with a passed hors d’oeuvres gathering at Noon while guests are invited to sample the Red Newt Cellars 2010 Semi Dry Riesling. Paramour’s Executive Chef Michael Giampa will then present a three-course menu to complement a selection of Red Newt Cellars wines produced from vineyards surrounding the east side of Lake Seneca in the Finger Lakes region of New York. The selections will include a 2010 Red Newt Cellars Merlot paired with a Salumi and Ricotta Salata Flatbread and a 2010 Red Newt Cellars Cabernet Franc from Glacier Ridge Vineyards paired with Sautéed Pork Cheeks with mascarpone polenta and red beets.
