Families can choose from mouth-watering starters including the raw bar; Crab Claws, Jumbo Cocktail Shrimp, Oysters on the half shell, Crab ceviche, and Cocktail sauce. Appetizers include Smoked salmon, watermelon salad, and Caesar salad are just a few of the delicious starters you can enjoy.
The entrée selection will include Sofitel favorites such as Crab and Shrimp cakes, Pan-seared Cobia, Herb Grilled Chicken, Smoked Braised Short Ribs, Roasted Shallot Mashed Potatoes, and baby Heirlooms Vegetables.
