Description:Join us for our annual series in which we explore different aspects of Newlin Grist Mill's unique historical and environmental resources. Get an in-depth look at the site with programs that range from presentations by guest speakers to hands-on workshops.

Lytton John Musselman, the Mary Payne Hogan Professor of Botany at Old Dominion University, will discuss the use of native plants for the production of bitters, aperitifs, and cordials. A tasting of cordials will follow the talk.
