Hailed by The Washington Post for his “formidable virtuosity and stylistic sensitivity,” pianist Tomer Gewirtzman has impressed judges and audiences around the world.  His many accolades include First Prizes at Louisiana’s Wideman International Piano Competition, Israel’s Clairmont Competition, the Aspen Music Festival Concerto Competition, and the Chopin Competition for Young Pianists in Tel Aviv, as well as top prizes at Juilliard’s Piano Competition and numerous competitions in Europe.  He has performed with orchestras and in recitals across Israel, throughout Europe from London to Russia, and in the U.S. from New York’s Carnegie Hall to the Silicon Valley.  Tri-County Concerts is proud to open its 78th season with this fabulous pianist performing works by Beethoven, Scriabin, Brahms, Medtner, and Shostakovich.  Come hear some great music and then meet the artist at a complimentary post-concert reception!  For more information, please contact tricountyconcerts@gmail.com or call 610-504-4678.​
