Description

In celebration of Preservation month, the Chester County Historical Preservation Network presents the film WYETH at the Colonial Theatre. WYETH tells the story of one of America’s most popular, but least understood, artists – Andrew Wyeth. While his exhibitions routinely broke attendance records, art world critics continually assaulted his work. For more than 70 years, the buildings, landscapes, people, and animals of Chester County were a major source of inspiration to Andrew Wyeth. A Q&A with the film’s producer and director follows the screening.
