CHOP’s Madeline Bell to Speak at Main Line Today’s Women on the Move

The Villanova and University of Pennsylvania alum has led the Children’s Hospital of Pennsylvania as the COO since 2007.

Drumroll please…We are pleased to announce that Chief Operating Officer of the Children’s Hospital of Pennsylvania Madeline Bell will be the keynote speaker for our 5th annual Women on the Move event at Drexelbrook on October 23rd.

Madeline has served in a variety of executive roles at CHOP, overseeing the growth and development of the largest pediatric network in the country, managing the revenue cycle, and a variety of clinical services.

Since earning the President and COO position in 2007, Madeline has led significant growth while maintaining the financial strength of the organization.

She has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Villanova University and a Master of Science in Organization Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania. Madeline serves a board member for the University City District, the Schuylkill River Development Corporation, the Delaware Valley Healthcare Council, and the Children’s Hospital Association. In addition to her board positions, Madeline is Chair of the Public Policy Committee for the Children’s Hospital Association.
