Spa Treatments ➙ Ame Day Spa & Salon
Sure, they have all the typical treatments—like hot-stone massages and spa pedicures. But the staff at Ame encourages clients to venture outside their comfort zones and dabble in one or more of their signature treatments. We recommend the Bamboo-Fusion Massage and the Shirodhara ritual treatments. The latter include everything from facials to body massages designed to sooth the mind and soul—all within an hour. Sounds like pure bliss, in our humble opinion.

Spin Classes ➙ Club La Maison
Colleen Crossed’s classes are the first to fill up at Club La Maison—and for good reason. Inspired by her awesome playlist and motivating personality, Crossed’s spin groupies gladly give their all session after session. You’ll be so pumped, you won’t even blink when she leads you from your bike to an intense circuit-training regimen. Talk about a full-body workout.
