Chef/owner Joshua Friedberg’s twist on this house favorite layers fresh mozzarella and thick slices of plump Jersey tomatoes, wrapping them in paper-thin prosciutto. Chopped Israeli basil, along with drizzles of balsamic reduction and pesto, complete this summery starter. Enjoy with a flute of prosecco.
