Denali, Aconcagua, Ranier, Elbrus—Terry has conquered them all. Since getting his first taste of technical and Alpine climbing in 2003, he’s mastered the extreme sport and tackled three of the highest peaks on each continent. On his most recent climb in Argentina, a fellow adventurer experienced heart attack symptoms at 17,000 feet above sea level. “We got him stabilized as best we could until the helicopter came,” says Terry. “As a member of the dental field, I felt I had a responsibility to have a little more knowledge.”
