In addition to practicing law, Mr. Hennessy currently teaches a class on Employment Law at Villanova University. He gives back to the community as a volunteer with Joseph’s People, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping the unemployed and underemployed of Southeastern Pennsylvania.
Mr. Hennessy graduated from St. Joseph’s University and Temple School of Law where he served on Temple Law Review and the Moot Court Board. In Law School, he received the Kranzel Award for the best article in the area of federal law. He also received various awards for excellence in advocacy, including the Moot Court Alumni Award. Brendan has handled litigation and alternative dispute resolution in a wide variety of cases over much of the past decade. Mr. Hennessy has appeared before EEOC, the PHRC and in courts in hundreds of employment cases, both on behalf of large employers and individual employees.
