Steepleview may have sold out (amazing since tenants are serenaded many times a day by the fire station sirens next door)but tumbleweeds are rolling through at least two other monster, million dollar projects in downtown Wayne: Pembroke-sur-the-railroad-tracks and that phony chateau atrocity above the plastic looking Bank of America building. Pembroke is a ghosttown. There may be two tenants at most. But, who'd want to live surrounded by the din of the Septa tracks and a Range Rover dealership. The BofA condo, two feet from the street, would give tenants a chance to play that fun game "count the semis speeding down Lancaster Avenue." Now we see another set of sweethearted condos going up, butted up against School Lane. Too, too much.
