Just up the hill and over the Blue Route from Havertown, Broomall (Marple Township) marks the next stop on the westward suburban migration from Philadelphia. Named for 19th-century Congressman John Broomall, it’s a bedroom community featuring three elementary schools, two Little Leagues and quick getaways for commuters.
