The scoop: With names like Ignacy Jan Paderewski, Georgia O’Keeffe and Marc Chagall on its historic guest registry, it’s no surprise that this luxury hotel in Midtown Manhattan is a total-immersion experience. It features a permanent art collection, a 15-foot video wall and an artist-in-residence program with gallery shows.
