This public arts program works in conjunction with Philadelphia city agencies, grassroots organizations and community groups to stimulate youth development in the arts, support local artists in their efforts and beautify the city. Responsible for nearly 3,000 murals throughout the city, the organization arranges private and public tours of their work.
