Marcie Turney and Valerie Safran are the queens of 13th Street, and the addition of Barbuzzo to the Philadelphia dining scene has elevated their status even further. The Mediterranean kitchen and bar sends out some of the freshest, most thoughtfully prepared food out there. The pizzas are scrumptious, and the $13 antipasti plate is a satisfying meal in itself.
