Best Grits 2015: Your morning omelet will be best paired with a heaping portion of homemade, savory, buttery grits at this Kimberton hot spot. Known for sourcing organic ingredients locally whenever possible, Station Bistro guarantees that this typically Southern side dish was attended to lovingly, not whipped up from a box of instant mix.

Best At Saying "No" to GMO, 2014: Owners Nancy and Craig Miller pride themsleves on a menu that’s largely free of genetically modified organisms, and they also feature many locally sourced ingredients. Their produce is organic, and their seafood and meats (including those oh-so-tender ribs) are all-natural.

From 2013: The best ribs this side of the Schuylkill River can be found at Station Bistro, where co-owner Craig Miller serves them all-you-can-eat style on Monday nights. He sure knows how to smoke those pork lovelies, and his barbecue sauce is a sticky-sweet wonder.
