Dr Tremblay graduated from Duke University in 1978. He went on to attend medical school at Temple University where he graduated in 1983. After completing a general internal medicine residency, he completed fellowships in both non-invasive and interventional cardiology. Throughout his career, Dr. Tremblay had been concerned that his treatment of patients was focused on the end result of diseases instead of the root causes. He came to realize that treating obesity as a disease could result in healthier, happier patients, most likely avoiding the development of multiple medical problems such as hypertension and diabetes.

Dr Tremblay’s patients have been highly successful at losing weight, often reducing or eliminating the need for medications taken for conditions like high cholesterol, hypertension, and diabetes. With board certifications in both Internal Medicine and Cardiology, he is able to provide the highest level of medical monitoring during the weight loss process. His program is individualized for each patient, and may include dietary modification, medication, or both.

Dr Tremblay is married, and has been blessed with 5 children. He enjoys spending his free time being active with his family.
