Founded in January 2012 by Managing Partner & Operator Tom Kane - Brick & Brew continues to grow from its humble beginnings on Darby Road, our concept is based on the Prohibition Era, while conquering the 5 Senses (Taste, Smell, Sights, Sound, Touch). This custom approach guides an experience that drives our success on a daily basis.
Sights: A design tailored to the 1920's Prohibition Era, soft lights and unique timber flooring bring you back to the days of bootleggers, speakeasies, whiskey barrels and mason jars filled with moonshine. Our Wood Fired Ovens are always a blaze, creating a sense of comfort & warmth.
Taste: The B&B menu build is always handmade with fresh "best in quality" ingredients. To avoid redundancy, we offer a unique rotation of weekly specials, inspired by our Chefs creative palate and diverse backgrounds. If variety is the spice of life, we possess an abundance of it!
Smell: As local purveyors arrive daily, our Chefs prepare the delightful dishes, many of which come out of our Wood Fired Ovens, these aromas permeate every corner of the restaurant promoting hunger pains, while teasing the taste buds.
Sound: The B&B custom built play list is a perfect ensemble of Blues, Rock, Philly Sound, Old School, New School, spanning many decades& artist. You’ll find yourself unconsciously humming along and enjoying the vibes.
Touch: Our staff engages the patrons with a smile and sincere welcomes, the team is motivated to assist "when needed" insuring a tier one experience, backed by a total command of all things Brick & Brew (food, whiskey, cocktails etc.)
